that you have complete assurance that your sins have been forgiven
and that you have eternal life. The Bible teaches that you may know
that you have eternal life (1 John 5:13), and this life is found
only by knowing Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Are you hoping to find eternal life in your religious background? Are you hoping to find eternal life in your church attendance? Are you hoping to find eternal life in your good works or morality? The Bible says none of these things have the power to remove sin and grant eternal life.
